OFFICE SPACES — DESIGNED AROUND PEOPLE.

A workplace is more than a place to work.

It is where ideas are shared, decisions are made, people connect — and a company’s culture becomes visible.

From the first arrival to moments of focus, collaboration and exchange, every space has a purpose.

We design workplaces that bring together function, identity and atmosphere.

WHAT IF A HOTEL WITH RESTAURANT FELT LIKE A DESTINATION OF ITS OWN?

A concept for a contemporary hotel restaurant where warm materials, rich colours and atmospheric lighting create a sense of intimacy and character.

Designed as a place that moves naturally from breakfast to dinner, from quiet moments to social evenings — always with the same identity.

A space guests remember.
And a reason to come back.

Meet the people behind ila.

ila Design Studio was founded on a simple belief:
great spaces need more than good design.

They need vision, understanding and a clear path
from the first idea to reality.

We bring together architecture, interior design and management — not as separate disciplines,
but as one process shaped around our clients and their projects.

Different backgrounds. Different perspectives.
One shared ambition:

to create spaces that feel considered,
personal and made to last.

This is ila.
And this is us.

COLOR SHAPES HOW A SPACE FEELS.

Color is more than a visual choice.
It shapes atmosphere, influences emotion and changes the way we experience a space.

From the warmth of hospitality to the calm of wellness, the energy of fitness and the clarity of the workplace — every space asks for a different feeling.

At ILA, we use color with intention.
To create spaces that don’t just look good, but feel right.

LONDON TOWNHOUSE — A STUDY IN TRANSFORMATION.

How do you bring new life to a traditional townhouse without losing what makes it special?

For this renovation study, we explored the balance between heritage and contemporary living — preserving character, introducing light and creating spaces that feel connected, generous and timeless.

Because transformation isn’t about starting over.
It’s about revealing the potential that is already there.

It starts with the space.

Design is not about filling a room.
It’s about creating a feeling — through proportion, material, light and the details that bring everything together.

The detail makes the difference.
Nothing should feel random.
Every element has a place, a purpose, a reason to be there.

Because when everything feels considered,
the space simply feels right.

One vision. One partner. One seamless process.

What does it mean to combine Architecture, Interior Design & Management?

It means having one trusted partner who sees the entire picture — not just one part of your project.

From the first idea to the final detail, we connect design, architecture, planning and project management under one roof. This creates clarity, consistency and a seamless process throughout every stage of your project.

Because great spaces are not created by looking at individual pieces.
They are created by understanding how everything works together.

One vision. One point of contact. One team for your entire project.

That’s what we mean by Architecture, Interior Design & Management at ILA Design Studio.

A little collection of things we love about interiors — beautiful materials, interesting shapes, tactile textures, timeless pieces and those small details that can completely change the feeling of a space.

For us, good interior design is not only about how a room looks. It’s about how all these elements come together, create atmosphere and ultimately make a space feel like it belongs to you.

Here’s a little glimpse into the details, objects and ideas that inspire us at ILA. ✨

And maybe we all should be delusional af. ✨

Because every idea starts somewhere — often as something that feels a little too ambitious, a little too wild, or simply impossible.

Milan reminded us why we love what we do: to look beyond what already exists, to question the obvious, and to turn ideas into spaces that feel like something more.

A few days of design, inspiration, conversations and way too many beautiful details.

Milano, you did it again. 🤍
